旅游"孤岛效应"在近年来相关研究中逐渐升温,旅游开发作为发展旅游业的重要环节已成为防止和控制孤岛效应的关键环节之一。文章描述了"孤岛效应"在旅游开发过程中及旅游开发建设后景区经济、生态、就业、文化、管理方面动态变化过程及表现,分析其出现的形成原因是景区管理与企业经营的理念差异、居民参与能力有限、旅游者被动接受旅游安排等,提出通过树立"全域旅游"意识、扩大开发主体范围、激发社区居民活力、重置旅游设施布局、建立数字化防控体系、创新经营管理体制、发挥民间组织作用等措施防控"孤岛效应。"
