摘要
基于"过程发现"的教育理念,文章尝试创建实习支教大学生管理模式并取得了一定成效。研究结果表明:基于过程发现思维的实习支教大学生管理模式主要表现为,在实习支教入岗之前要建立合宜基础教育课程体系培训;倡导"和而不同"差异化教师专业发展;创设丰富多彩的实习支教交互环境。其实践成效彰显为:课程培训体系为实习支教工作顺利开展奠定了基础;差异化教师专业发展激发了实习支教大学生内在动力;交互环境为实习支教大学生提供了外在支撑平台;在实习支教全过程中提升了教育教学技能,发现了自我存在价值,磨砺了自我内在心智;激发了受援学校基础教育教学和管理的内在活力。
Based on the"Processing Discovery Philosophy",the article attempts to construct the appropriate management mode in the internship college students. It is revealed that the management mode of processing discovery is mainly represented as training system of basic educational curricula,initiation of teacher development's diversification,construction of colorful interactive environment before entry into practical field. The great effectiveness can be shown as follows: the training system of the basic educational curricula lays the firm foundation for their smooth development of the practical teaching; the differentiated professional development of teachers stimulates their intrinsic interest; the interactive environment provides their external supporting platform; the teaching skills are improved,the self-existence value is dug,the internal intelligence is tempered in the whole process of practical teaching thereby inspiring the internal vitality of local schools in the rural basic education.
