地方院校网络工程专业人才培养体系的构建——以忻州师范学院为例

Construction of Talent Training System of Network Engineering Specialty in Local Colleges and Universities——Taking Xinzhou Teachers University as an Example

网络工程专业作为一个新建本科专业,人才培养体系的构建是一项长期的工程,需要在实践中不断探索,不断完善。文章结合忻州师范学院实际,为培养出具有实践能力,富有创新精神的高素质应用型专门人才,从网络工程专业的培养目标的准确定位、人才培养模式的构建、课程体系的构建、实践教学体系的构建以及教学评价体系的构建五个方面进行了阐述,对网络工程专业人才培养体系的进一步完善起到了积极的推动作用。

As a new undergraduate course,the construction of talent training system is a long-term project,which needs continuous exploration and improvement in practice. Combining with the actual situation of Xinzhou Teachers University,and strive to cultivate practical ability of high-quality applied talents with innovative spirit,accurate positioning,from the training goal of network engineering and the construction of personnel training mode,curriculum system,practice teaching system and teaching evaluation system of the construction of five aspects,to further improve the system has played a positive role in training for network engineering specialty talents.
