关节通片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎90例疗效观察

Treatment of Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint by Guanjietong Pian: A Clinical Observation of 90 Cases

目的:观察关节通片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将176例患者随机分为2组治疗,治疗组90例口服关节通片,对照组86例口服布络芬,疗程为1月。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.44％,对照组为86.05％,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。对照组病程1年以上患者总显效率开始降低,治疗组病程1-2年患者仍有较好疗效,且无副作用。结论:关节通片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有较好疗效。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Guangjietong Pian(GP) for osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods: 176 cases were allocated randomly to treatment group (90 cases, oral use of GP) and control group (86 cases, oral use of brufen) One month constituted a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94. 44% in treatment group and 86. 05% in control group. The comparison between two group showed no significance difference (P > 0. 05). However, the total effective rate of those who sufferred for more than one year in the control group was decreased while those in the treatment group was still effective, and no side effect was observed. Conclusion: Gp possesses a better curative effect for osteoarthritis of knee joint
