摘要
90后正处于人生的生机活跃期,他们是最具创新素养的群体,成长在此人生发展阶段的成人被称为"成年初显期青年"。埃里克森提出,自我同一性的确立和防止社会角色的混乱是青年期发展的主要任务。自我同一性是涉及"我是谁""我具有什么价值"和"我的理想是什么"三个方面的一种稳定的意识。自我同一感是自我分化和整合统一的过程,如果主体我与客体我之间的矛盾难以协调,青年便难以正视自我,形成错误的自我概念,即自我迷失,甚至引起强烈的情感变化。将一位女性作为"成年凸显期"的个案进行分析,通过讨论个案6次的绘画作品来一起协助个案解决自我迷失的危机并确认其自我认同感。
The 90s are living in a thriving period of their lives, with strong plasticity reflected in various aspects They are considered the most innovative of all the age groups, and also called "Early Adulthood Youth". Ericson proposed the establishment of self-identity and prevention of chaotic social role is the main task in this period. Self- identity is a stable sense including "who am I", "how to evaluate myself", and "what is my dream". Self-identity is a process with differentiation and integration. If the contradiction between objective self and subjective self is hard to coordinate, it is difficult to face up themselves and generate false self-concept, which is "Self-lost", there- fore serious mental problems may occur. The paper discusses the case of a female in her late 20s attending 6 art therapy sessions in order to explore her inner world and actively cooperate with herself to intervene the crisis of her self-lost and reestablish her self-identity.
