2型糖尿病和糖代谢异常/糖耐量异常与非酒精性脂肪肝的相关性研究

Analysis on the Correlation of Diabetes and IFG/IGT with NAFLD

目的:探讨2型糖尿病和糖代谢异常/糖耐量异常(IFG/IGT)与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的相关性。方法:对2014年10月到2016年8月的200名健康体检者进行身高、血压、体质量的测量,检测其空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯,并行肝脏B超检查,其中2型糖尿病组(T2DM组)50例,糖代谢异常/糖耐量异常组(IFG/IGT组)50例和糖耐量正常组(对照组)100例。比较这些因素在3组之间的差异,探讨NAFLD的发病与空腹血糖的相关性。结果:NAFLD、高血压病、BMI、收缩压、空腹血糖和甘油三酯在T2DM组、IFG/IGT组和对照组之间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示NAFLD与空腹血糖、BMI、舒张压和甘油三酯呈正相关(P<0.05),而与年龄呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:NALFD在糖代谢异常/糖耐量异常和2型糖尿病组患者中发病率升高,治疗NAFLD的同时应关注患者血糖的控制。

Objective： To observe and investigate the Correlation of Diabetes and IFG/IGT with NAFLD. Methods： The body height,blood pressure and body mass were measured in 200 healthy people from October 2014 to August 2016. Fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol and triglyceride were detected,and the liver was examined by B-mode ultrasonography. The case of 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2 DM） group,IFG/IGT（ IFG/IGT） group and control group were 50,50 and 100,respectively. The differences amoung T2 DM group,IFG/IGT group and control group were compared,and the correlation between the incidence of NAFLD and fasting blood glucose was discussed. Results： There were significant differences in NAFLD,hypertension,BMI,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and triglyceride amoung T2 DM group,IFG/IGT group and control group（ P 0. 05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that NAFLD and fasting glucose,BMI,diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride were positively correlated（ P 0. 05）,and negatively correlated with age（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion： The incidence of NAFLD became increased in IFG/IGT and type 2 diabetes group,and attention should be paid to the control of blood glucose in the treatment of NAFLD.
