复方徐长卿合剂外治带状疱疹40例疗效观察

External Treatment for Herpes Zoster by Compound Radix Cy-nanchi Paniculati Mixture: A Clinical Observation of 40 Cases

目的:观察复方徐长卿合剂外治带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,各40例。治疗组外涂复方徐长卿合剂治疗;对照组口服万乃络韦加芬必得、外涂复方炉甘石洗剂治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.3％,对照组总有效率为90.5％,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);2组5天起效时间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组快于对照组。结论:复方徐长卿合剂外治带状疱疹有较好的疗效,且起效快、费用低、用药方便、无副作用、无禁忌症。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of external application of Compound Radix Cynanchi Paniculati Mixture (CCPM) for herpes zoster. Methods: 80 cases were allocated to two groups randomly, each group 40 cases. The treatment group was treated by external application of CCPM and the control group by oral use of valaciclovir and fenbid and external use of Compound Galami-na Lotion. Results: The total effective rate was 90. 3% in treatment group and 90. 5% in control group (P > 0. 05), tee comparison of 5 - day initial effect time of two groups showed marked significant difference ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: External use of CCPM possesses a better effect for herpes zoster with rapid initial effect, cheap in charge, no side effect, convenient and no contraindications.
