摘要
针对以往连续退火过程炉辊表面粗糙度衰减造成带材张力波动,导致带材跑偏等问题,结合连退机组的设备与工艺特点,经过现场试验与理论研究,回归出了连退炉内炉辊表面粗糙度衰减模型。在此基础之上,将带材在连退炉内的稳定通板作为控制目标,以带材既不发生跑偏也不发生瓢曲作为约束条件,开发了一套适用于连退过程的张力补偿技术,并将其推广应用到生产实践。编制了相应的"连退机组炉辊粗糙度衰减预报及张力补偿"软件,实现了对连退机组特定工艺段的张力补偿。
Aiming at the problem of strip tension fluctuation induced strip deviation caused by roughness attenuation of the furnace roller surface in continuous annealing process,considering equipment and process features of continuous annealing line and using field experiments and theoretical studies,the roughness attenuation model of the furnace roller surface in continuous annealing furnace was regressed.On this basis,the stability of the strip travelling was taken as the control object,and no strip deviation and buckling was taken as the constraints,the tension compensation technique of the continuous annealing process was developed,and the related theory was applied to the production and practice. The software for furnace roller roughness attenuation prediction and tension compensation during continuous annealing was programmed,which can be used to realize tension compensation for the specific process of the unit.
