摘要
介绍了富氢燃料贫预混燃烧回火的研究进展。从数值计算和实验研究两个方面简述了富氢回火研究的发展历程。在数值计算方面,主要采用稳态和非稳态两种计算方法分析回火边界和回火过程。除RANS之外,LES也逐渐应用于回火分析,燃烧模型也在不断地多样化,同时针对CH4-H2混合燃料的反应机理的研究也在不断发展。在实验研究方面,从产生回火的机理出发,分析了实验方法、测量设备等在回火实验中的应用以及不同参数对回火的影响,并对富氢贫预混燃烧的数值模拟和实验研究提出看法,指出未来的发展方向。
The progress of the flash back in lean premix combustion with hydrogen-enriched-fuel is presented. The development of flash back of hydrogen-enriched-fuel is reviewed from aspects of numerical calculation and experimental research. The steady and unsteady state simulations are adopted to analyze the characteristics and process of flash back. In addition to the RANS, LES is also applied to flash back analysis, and combustion models are being diversified continuously. Meanwhile, the study of the reaetion mechanism for CH4-H2 hybrid fuel is also developing. The application of experiment methods and measuring equipment in the flash back experiment is analyzed based on different flash back mechanism, and the influence of different parameters on flash back is also reviewed. The numerical simulation and experimental study of lean premix combustion with hydrogen-enriched-fuel are discussed and its development trend is also pointed out.
