摘要 汽轮机转子输出端位于汽轮机轴承箱内,该部位转子不承受高温高压蒸汽的影响,故其强度设计不同于通流部分转子的强度设计。根据输出端转子的受力特点,说明了在输出端直径计算时只要考虑合适的安全系数,就可忽略弯矩对轴径计算的影响,只考虑扭矩。列举了相应输出端直径的计算公式及对应的校核方法,为汽轮机输出端轴承直径计算和联轴器选型提供依据。 As the turbine rotor drive end is located in the turbine bearing box, it is not subject to steam with high temperature and pressure, so its strength design is quite different from that of the flow path of rotor. According to the force characteristics of the rotor end, it is illustrated that in the calculation on the diameter of the output end, the influence of the bending moment on the rotor diameter can be neglected as long as the suitable safety coefficient is taken into account, and only calculation formula and verification methods are listed. The bearing diameter and coupling selection of turbine drive end.
