摘要
自我效能感对青年官兵的职业态度、目标任务的选择、完成任务的努力程度、解决问题的思维方式以及情绪情感等诸多方面都有重要的影响。因此,提升青年官兵的自我效能感理应是部队教育管理关注的课题。赋予青年官兵合理的目标任务、树立恰当的先进典型、给予激励性的评价和营造良好的集体氛围,有助于青年官兵自我效能感的培养。
Self-efficacy of young servicemen exerts great influence on many aspects, such as profes- sional attitudes, the choice of target tasks, the commitment to the task, the way of thinking to solve the problem, emotion and so on. Improving self-efficacy of young servicemen should be the subject of military education and management. Reasonable tasks, appropriate advanced models, incentive evaluation and a good collective environment will help the young servicemen cultivate self-efficacy.
