通信兵文化建设“四态”审视

A study of "Four Perspectives" of cultural construction in signal corps

随着我军通信兵事业与队伍的不断调整与壮大,通信兵文化建设愈加明显地呈现出多元、多向、多态的复合结构。从任何单一视角解读通信兵文化及其建设工作都存在着以偏概全的嫌疑,而从精神态、行为态、制度态和实物态四种维度考察则更为全面与科学。忠诚于党,锐意昂扬的精神态;恪尽职守,求真务实的行为态;体系健全,执纪严明的制度态;寓教于形,姓军为战的实物态,这些正是我军通信兵文化建设所呈现出的基本状态与明显特征。

With the readjustment and strengthening of our signal corps, its culture construction has taken on a pluralistic, multidirectional and multiform structure. Thus there will be fallacy of composition from any single perspective to approach the culture construction of our signal corps. But it is a rational and wise choice to approach it with a four-dimension attitude of mental, behavioral, regime and physical perspectives. The mental perspective of loyalty to the party, the behavioral one of dedication to the job, the regime of complete system, and the physical one of embodiment of education in the form are the basic elements and essential features of the culture construction of our signal corps.
