推进“两学一做”学习教育实效化的路径研究

"两学一做"学习教育活动自开展以来,各级党组织坚持以上率下,强化问题意识和问题导向,积极贯彻党中央决策部署,以多种形式扎实开展、全面铺开。但在实践中也存在一些重形式、轻实效,重推进、轻落实,重显绩、轻潜绩,重考核、轻运用,重结果、轻平时的突出问题。推进"两学一做"学习教育活动落到实处、发挥实效,需要突出思想性本质,聚焦解决根本问题;突出全面性特征,推动基层全面覆盖;突出常态化行动,建立健全长效机制;突出实践性标准,更好促进中心工作。

With the study and education about ＂Two Learning and One Doing＂, the party organizations at all levels have set positive examples for others, strengthened the problem awareness and problem orientation, and actively implemented the Party central Committee decision so as to carry out the education steadily and completely. But in practice, there are prominent problems, such as doing much work in form but neglecting the actual effect, etc. To carry out the ＂Two Learning and One Doing＂ study and education effectively, it is important to highlight the ideological essence, focus on solving the fundamental issues, focus on comprehensiveness, and achieve a full coverage at the grassroots level. To improve our work, it is also necessary to highlight the regular practice, establish a sound long-term mechanism and highlight the practical standard.
