摘要
随着文职人员招聘工作的推进,非现役文职人员已经成为军队院校中不可或缺的新生力量。这股新生力量在军队院校教育教学中发挥着重要作用,同时也存在着诸多问题。为此,军队院校应从筑牢思想根基、培养保密意识、贯彻人本管理思想、完善奖励考评机制、提供心理咨询服务等方面着手,加强对非现役文职人员的管理与培养,以更好地发挥这股新生力量的作用。
With the recruitment of civilian personnel, non-active civilian personnel have become an indispensable new force in military academies. This new force in the military academy education plays an important role, but also there are some problems. In order to give full play to the role of this new force, military academies should strengthen the management and training of civilian personnel in the aspects of strengthening the ideological foundation, cultivating the security consciousness, carrying out the people-oriented management thought, perfecting the reward evaluation mechanism and providing the psychological counseling service.
