A military academic journal is an important platform for military academic exchanges. It directs the development of military theory. The quality of a journal is determined by the editorial literacy. So it＇s very important to enhancing the editorial literacy. This article discusses the five elements in detail such as political awareness, professional quality, editorial style, work style, information literacy, and puts forward how to cultivate editorial quality, in order to meet the needs for military academic journals.
