生物滴滤池去除VOCs工艺参数优化研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS WITH REMOVAL OF VOCs BY USING BIOTRICKLING FILTRATION

摘要 以甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯及邻二甲苯的混合气体作为试样,考察了生物滴滤工艺中,不同填料选择、不同停留时间、不同进气浓度对去除效率的影响。结果表明:1)分别以竹炭、陶粒、火山岩及烧结填料作为填料时,特制烧结填料性能更佳,综合成本等因素,工程应用宜采用烧结填料或陶粒;2)生物滴滤池去除VOCs苯系物的停留时间宜取值25~40 s,去除率能够达到80%以上;3)VOCs苯系物应用生物滴滤工艺进行净化处理,含量在50~300 mg/m3时,能取得较高的去除率,去除率为63%~95%;升高到300~500 mg/m3时,出气苯系物残存量较大,应考虑多级滴滤池串联,或者串联其他工艺;4)生物滴滤池工艺对VOCs苯系物的去除具有可行性,最优工艺参数及填料时,污染物去除率可达90%以上。 In this study,we used mixed gas sample by toluene,phenylethane,paraxylene,m-xylene and o-xylene,to study the influence of removal efficiency by biotrickling filter when filler,residence time or inlet concentration changed. The results showed that: 1) Among bamboo charcoal,ceramsite,volcanics and special sintering filler used as the fillers,the sintering filler had better performance,and the sintered filler or ceramsite had better cost performance; 2) the retention time of VOCs benzene homologues in biotrickling filter should be kept between 25 ~ 40 s,then the removal rate could reach more than 80%;3) when VOCs benzene used biotrickling filter for purification with the concentration between 50 ~ 300 mg/m3,the removal rate could achieve 63% ~ 95%. While the concentration increased to 300 ~ 500 mg/m3,multi-level filters or other process should be considered; 4) the biotrickling filter technology had the advantage on the removal of benzene homologues in VOCs,the removal rate of pollutants could be more than 90%,when the process parameters and filler were properly chosen.
