摘要
污泥杂质分离器是借助微网机械筛分原理,实现污泥中细颗粒物(1 mm以下)去除的污泥预处理设备。该设备运行过程中出现的微网堵塞问题,以及工艺所产生的杂质作为生产垃圾如何处理,目前都缺乏相应研究。针对上海白龙港水质净化厂的初沉污泥杂质分离设备,研究运行达到终点后微网膜组件的堵塞情况,并考察了杂质的生物利用潜能和填埋处置的可行性。结果表明,微网组件边缘较中部污染严重,建议使用环形曝气管;杂质成分多为不易生物降解的有机质;建议在实际工程中,杂质采用污水厂再生水清洗,自然堆放8~10天后外运填埋处置。
Sludge impurity separator( SIC) is a sludge pretreatment device using micromesh to remove fine particles( smaller than 1 mm) from sludge. Based on the critical problems existing in SIC( i. e.,micromesh fouling and impurities disposal),this study explored the fouling mechanism and proposed the optimization strategies. The analysis of impurities was also conducted to figure out the feasibility of digestion or landfill. The results showed that the fouling at the edge of mesh was more severe than that in the central area,so O-type tubing was recommended for aeration. The components of impurities were mostly unbiodegradable,inferring that landfill was more suitable for deposing the dewatering impurities.
