With the development of Internet technology,the Internet finance will overturn the model of traditional financial services.This will provide an important opportunity to upgrade the patterns of traditional financial securities management institutions.Based on China＇s current situation of Internet finance,securities institutions of traditional value chain,and Internet finance industry chain,the value chain of securities institutions refactoring is studied to find a new growth point of securities business in China.
