摘要 农业科研单位青年管理干部跟踪培养等问题,事关提高管理水平、服务科技创新、推进成果转化和激活发展活力等。文章从调查研究和现实需要等角度分析了青年管理干部跟踪培养的重要性;明晰了统筹兼顾、突出重点,统一领导、分工协作,多途培养、加强使用等原则;明确了加强学习教育、多岗锻炼、考核评价和营造浓厚氛围等内容;梳理了强化领导、组织分工、档案纪实和监督检查等实施途径。 The problems related to the training of young management cadres in agricultural research institutes are related to improving the management level, service science and technology innovation, promoting the transformation of results and activating the vitality of development. This paper analyzes the importance of young management cadres tracking training from the perspective of investigation research and reality. It is clear that the principle of overall consideration, emphasis, unified leadership, division of labor, mul- ti-path training and strengthening of use, etc. The study of education, multi-post exercise, assessment and creating a strong atmosphere were clarified. The methods of strengthening leadership, organizing division of labor, documentary and supervision are combed.
