养老护理员职业素质中文文献计量学研究

Bibliometric study of Chinese literature on the occupational quality of nursing assistant for the aged

目的 对养老护理员职业素质状况进行文献计量学分析.方法 计算机检索2000年1月—2016年12月公开发表于CNKI、万方数据知识服务平台的养老护理员职业素质的文献,建立数据库,对文题、作者、发表年份、第一作者所在省份、第一作者所在单位、基金资助情况、引文情况、研究内容进行统计分析.结果 共纳入94篇文献,其中期刊论文76篇和硕士论文18篇,文献量总体呈上升趋势;第一作者来自我国16个省、3个直辖市及1个自治区;研究机构类型中医学院校占比最大,占84.04%;53篇文献（55.79%）受基金资助;59篇文献为2人及以上合作完成,合著率为62.77%,文献合作度为2.85（268/94）;79篇文献的被引次数小于10次,其中被引次数为0~1次的文献共52篇（55.32%）;研究内容广泛,涉及职业素质培训、职业素质研究、其他,分别占45.74%、31.91%、15.96%.结论 养老护理员职业素质的文献发文量总体呈上升趋势,不同地域、机构间发文量有差异,文献基金资助率、合著率较高,被引频次较低,研究内容仍需进一步拓展和创新.

Objective To analyze the status quo of the occupational quality of the nursing assistant for the aged by bibliometric analysis.Methods We searched literatures on occupational quality of nursing assistant published in CNKI and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform from January 2000 to December 2016. We set up a database and analyzed the title, author, year, province of first author, organization of first author, fund assistance, citation, research contents, etc.Results A total of 94 papers were included, including 76 periodicals and 18 master＇s theses, and the number of literature showed an upward trend; the first author came from 16 provinces, 3 municipalities directly under the central government and 1 autonomous regions; institutions of traditional Chinese medicine accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for 84.04%; 53 literatures （55.79%） were provided with fund assistance; 59 literatures were completed by cooperation of 2 or more persons, making the coauthoring rate of 62.77% and literature cooperation degree was 2.85 （268/94）; The citations of 79 papers were less than 10 times, of which there were totally 52 （55.32%） not being quoted or being quoted once; the research contents covered a wide range of subjects, including occupational quality training, occupational quality research, and others, accounting for 45.74%, 31.91% and 15.96% respectively. Conclusions The number of literatures on occupational quality of nursing assistant for the aged are increasing. There are differences in the number of literatures between different regions and organizations, with high fund subsidy rate, cooperation degree and low cited frequency. Research contents need to be further expanded and innovated.
