About the Construction of Quality Assurance System for the Cultivation of ME of Tuition-Free Normal Students

免费师范生教育硕士培养是免费师范生培养的重要组成部分,提高其培养质量对充实基础教育教师队伍、实现基础教育均衡发展及教育质量提升具有重要意义。质量保障体系是支撑培养质量提升的强有力手段,建立健全质量保障体系对提升质量非常关键。然而,我国免费师范生教育硕士培养质量保障体系还不完善,在培养模式、课程设置、教师队伍建设、学生学习动力激发、管理体制机制建设等方面存在许多问题,需要进一步深化改革。从发展现状和实践经验来看,未来免费师范生教育硕士培养质量保障体系建设需要在管理组织机构建设、教育教学资源分配、学科教学论教师管理、导师水平提升、课程建设、分流机制建设等方面进行深化改革。

As a crucial component of the cultivation of tuition-free normal students,elevating the quality of the M Ed.,the cultivation for them can be of great significance in enlarging the faculty and balancing the regional development of basic education,and improving the nationwide education quality. To establish a sound quality assurance system can be pivotal to the elevation of education quality since it is regarded as a powerful method to guarantee the quality. However,the quality assurance system of M Ed. cultivation for tuition-free normal students has yet to be completed in terms of training mode,curriculum setting,construction of the faculty,students＇ motivation of learning,and the construction of the management mechanism. Under this situation,the future development of the system is required for further innovation and profound reform which can be fulfilled from these aspects based on its status quo and the previous experience： the construction of management mechanism,the allocation of education and teaching resources,the management of teachers for pedagogy major,the elevation of the supervisors＇ guidance level,curriculum and diversion system construction.
