摘要
为了提高国内企业装配效率和自动化程度,设计开发基于LabVIEW的实时压装检测系统。该系统以NI公司的数据采集卡和上位机LabVIEW的系统架构方式,采用模块化思想进行LabVIEW程序设计和界面设计,将压装过程中的压装力和压装位移数据精确采集,形成曲线,并利用预设的丰富判断窗口进行判定,以达到精密压装的目标。经测试表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,具有较强的通用性。
In order to improve the assembly efficiency and automation level of domestic enterprises, a real-time press mounting detection system based on Lab VIEW is designed and developed. The system based on NI company's data acquisition card and the host computer Lab VIEW system, and by using modular method, the Lab VIEW programm and interface design can be realized. The system accurately collects the pressing force and the press displacement data during the pressing process, forms the curve, and uses the preset rich judgment window to judge, so as to achieve the goal of precise pressing. The test shows that the system is stable and reliable, and has strong versatility.
