摘要
制作人工心脏的聚氨酯N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,因溶剂的吸湿会使溶液变混;溶液在制作过程中受到过热;储存过程中遇光等作用,会使澄清透明溶液转为略为棕黄色。为此进行了红外光谱检测和特性粘度[η]测定等。混浊溶液再次澄清后,对质量无影响。过热会导致分子量降解,质量受到破坏。受光颜色变深,对溶液质量影响较小。
The polyurethane solution in N, N-dimethylfomade for artificial heart will become mudcdy when the solvent is wetted, and it may also be affected by overheating in preparation and exposure to be lighted in storage. Therefore we have made some measurements by infrared spectrometry and intrinsic viscosity(η). The result is that the refiltered solution not affected in quality, overheating will affect its quality, and the darker colour of solution when exposed, to light has little effect on the quality of the solution.
