地方体育院校应用型人才培养体系构建研究

当前,应用型定位已经成为我国地方本科院校办学的必然趋势和理性选择,作为地方本科院校的重要组成部分,地方体育院校理应顺应我国高等教育发展的这种趋势。在地方体育院校追求应用型定位的办学过程中,应用型人才培养体系的构建处于核心地位,是办学过程的重中之重。为此,地方体育院校需要在培养目标定位、教学体系转型、"双师"型教师队伍建设等方面进行探索。

At present,the application orientation of local undergraduate colleges has become the inevitable trend and rational choice,as an important part of local undergraduate colleges,local sports colleges should follow the trend of higher education development in our country. In the local sports department of the pursuit of application-oriented positioning,the construction of the applied talent training system is the core,it is the top priority of the school process. Local sports institutions need to explore in this aspects： training target positioning,the transformation of teaching system,the construction of teacher team with ＂double teacher＂type.
