CO_2点阵激光联合三乙醇胺乳膏治疗萎缩性瘢痕临床研究

摘要 目的:观察CO_2点阵激光联合三乙醇胺治疗萎缩性瘢痕的临床有效性和安全性。方法:选取86例面部萎缩性瘢痕患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均治疗4个周期。实验组:43例,CO_2点阵激光联合三乙醇胺乳膏治疗;对照组:43例,单纯使用CO_2点阵激光治疗。治疗前后采用ECCA权重评分表对治疗区域进行评分,比较两种方法的疗效差异,并观察分析治疗后两组痂皮脱落时间、色素沉着概率、不良反应的发生情况。结果:实验组治疗后ECCA评分降低幅度显著高于对照组,有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后痂皮脱落时间为(6.8±3.9)d,显著短于对照组(11.0±7.9)d(P<0.05);色素沉着实验组有3例,显著低于对照组的10例(P<0.05),两组均未出现感染。结论:CO_2点阵激光联合三乙醇胺乳膏治疗萎缩性瘢痕可显著提高疗效、缩短痂皮脱落时间,减少色素沉着、降低感染率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of CO2lattice laser combined with triethanolamine in the treatment of atrophic scar.Methods Eighty-six patients with atrophic scar were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=43).The two groups were treated for 4 cycles.The experimental group was treated with CO2lattice laser combined with triethanolamine cream and the control group was treated with CO2lattice laser alone.The results of two groups were observed and analyzed,the time of scab off,the probability of pigmentation and the occurrence of adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate was 100%in the experimental group and 75.8%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).In the experimental group,the time of scab off was(6.8&#177;3.9)days after treatment,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(11.0 &#177; 7.9)days,P〈0.05.There were 3 cases in the experimental group and 10 cases,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).There was no infection in both groups.Conclusion The combination of CO2lattice laser and triethanolamine cream in the treatment of atrophic scar can significantly improve the curative effect,short crusting time,less pigmentation and no infection,and it is worthy of clinical application.
