摘要
发展了一种在强碱体系(KOH-DMSO)下,直接利用碳化钙为炔源合成N-乙烯基吲哚的方法,该方法操作简单、易于控制,不需要耐高压耐高温的设备。所用催化剂廉价易得,对环境友好,底物适用范围良好,部分产物的产率高达98%,为此类化合物的合成提供了一种新的方法。
An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 1-vinylindole based on the vinylation of indole with calcium carbide at non-high-pressure using KOH-DMSO catalytic system. It is a safe and easy-to-handle methodology for chemists,compared to the traditional acetylene reaction,because the reaction is conducted using a 'solid' reagent as an acetylene source. Therefore,this strategy would certainly be useful from academic perspectives.
