摘要
拟定了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定高钛渣中Co、Fe、Ni三个元素的分析方法,考察了其他元素对待测元素的干扰情况。样品以HNO_3、HF、HCl分解,ICP-OES同时测定多元素。方法的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.43%~4.11%,加标回收率在99.33%~102.12%之间,方法具有较高的精密度和准确度。方法简便快捷,适用于氯化法钛白粉生产原料的控制。
Set the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum( ICP-and engage) determination of Co,Fe and Ni in high titanium slag to the analysis of the three elements is investigated other elements with elements of interference measurement.Samples with HNO_3,HF,HCl decomposition,icp-aes and engage determination of many elements at the same time. Method of the relative standard deviation( n = 6) was 2. 43% ~ 4. 11%,standard addition between 99. 33% and 102. 12%,recovery method has higher precision and accuracy. Quick method is simple,applicable to the chlorination process titanium pigment production material control.
