固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定地表水中三氯吡氧乙酸残留量的研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱测定地表水中三氯吡氧乙酸残留量的分析方法。通过C18柱对地表水进行净化后用高效液相色谱以对三氯吡氧乙酸进行检测,以V(甲醇):V(水(含0.5%冰乙酸))=80:20为流动相,用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱进行分离,在291nm波长下对三氯吡氧乙酸进行外标法定量分析。三氯吡氧乙酸在2~600μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为:R^2=0.9996,加标回收率在82%~105%之间,检出限为0.01mg·L^(-1)。本方法具有检测速度快、准确度高等特点,适用于地表水中三氯吡氧乙酸的定量分析。 A new method was reported to determine of triclopyr residue in surface water by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). After purified by C18 solid phase extraction cartridge,the sample was detected by HPLC. During the chromatographic analysis,the separation process was conducted on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column with the isocratic elution using the mobile phases of methanol and water containing 0. 5% acetic acid( 80%/20%). Then,by using external standard method,the triclopyr in the sample can be quantified by detecting the absorption of at 291 nm through a diode array detector. The calibration curve showed an excellent linearity in the range of 2 ~ 600 μg/m L with the correlation coefficient( R2) of 0. 9996.The average recoveries of triclopyr ranged from 82% to 105%. The limit of detection of triclopyr residue in surface water was 0.01 mg/L. The method was simple and fast,which is suitable for the determination of triclopyr residue in surface water.
