99%矿物油乳油对苹果树红蜘蛛的防治效果研究

Study on the Control Efficacy of Petroleum Oil 99% EC Against European Red Mite

[目的]为明确99%矿物油乳油对苹果树红蜘蛛的防治效果,为该药剂的科学合理使用提供依据。[方法]以常用药剂20%哒螨灵可湿性粉剂和1.8%阿维菌素乳油为对照药剂,在苹果树上进行了该药剂防治红蜘蛛的田间药效试验。[结果]药后2天,99%矿物油乳油4950、6600、9900mg/kg处理防效分别为78.60%、83.26%、86.77%,低、中剂量处理防效低于对照药剂处理;药后7天,99%矿物油乳油各处理防效与对照药剂处理基本相当;药后14天,99%矿物油乳油4950、6600、9900mg/kg处理防效分别为82.65%、86.68%、91.26%,中、高剂量处理防效优于对照药剂处理。[结论]99%矿物油乳油对苹果树红蜘蛛有良好的速效性和优异持效性,对作物安全,并且对苹果树蚜虫有一定的兼治作用。

[Aims]The paper aims to determine the control efficacy of petroleum oil 99% EC on European red mite and to provide a basis for the scientific and rational use of this acaricide. [Methods]The fidld efficacy trials of petroleum oil 99% EC against European red mite carried out by using pyridaben 20% WP and abamectin 1. 8% EC as the control. [Results]The result showed that the control efficacy of petroleum oil 99% EC 4950、6600、9900 mg/kg were 78. 60% 、83. 26% 、86. 77%,separately,after 2 days,the control efficacy of low and medium dosage was lower than that of the control reagent treatment; After 7 days,the control efficacy of each treatment of petroleum oil 99% EC was almost equal to the control reagent treatment; After 14 days,the control efficacy of petroleum oil 99% EC 4950、6600、9900 mg/kg were 82. 65% 、86. 68% 、91. 26%,respectively,the control efficacy of medium and high dosage was better than that of the control reagent treatment. [Conclusions]The study showed that petroleum oil 99% EC has quick availability and excellent persistence to European red mite,which is safe to apple growth and environment at the tested dosage,and also has control efficacy against apple aphid to a certain extent.
