摘要 针对化工专业化工原理实验课程的教学内容进行了探讨。并以海水综合利用为背景,膜分离技术这一新型化工单元操作为研究对象,构建了化工原理实验课程用电驱动(电渗析)膜分离实验装置,在其实现海水淡化的基础上将其改装成反电渗析法海洋盐差发电装置。文中对该设备的原理和功能做了简要的介绍,并提供了该设备主要技术参数及其所对应的设计型实验教学方法。 The content of chemical engineering experiment course is discussed. Based on the comprehensive utilization of seawater,the membrane separation technology is studied as a new type of chemical unit operation. An experimental device for electric drive( electrodialysis) membrane separation was constructed as the course of chemical engineering principle experiment.Based on the realization of seawater desalination,the device is modified into a reverse electrodialysis device for Salinity-gradient power. In this paper,the principle and function of the equipment are briefly introduced,and the main technical parameters of the equipment and the corresponding design experimental teaching method are provided.
