摘要
为筛选阜新地区最佳沙地抗旱树种,以荆条、刺槐和文冠果等3树种的1年生苗木为研究对象,从抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质两方面对该3种树种苗期的抗旱生理指标进行了测定,并综合比较了3个树种对干旱胁迫的响应能力。结果表明,3树种均具有良好的抗旱水平,抗旱能力强弱顺序为文冠果>荆条>刺槐。
In order to screen the optimal drought-resistant tree species in sandy land of Fuxin Area,the annual seedlings of Vitex negundo,Robinia pseudoacacia & Xanthoceras sorbifolia were selected as experimental objects.Physiological indexes of drought resistance for these three species were tested from the aspects of the effects of activity of antioxidant enzymeand osmotic-adjustment substances.Response ability of three tree species to drought stress was comprehensively compared.Result shows that all the three tree species have good drought resistance.In comparison,the descending order of drought resistance ability is Xanthoceras sorbifolia>Vitex negundo> Robinia pseudoacacia.
