朝阳地区文冠果苗期对盐碱胁迫的响应研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨朝阳文冠果的盐碱耐受程度,以朝阳文冠果幼苗为试材,对不同程度的盐碱胁迫下的株高、可溶性糖含量和净光合速率变化进行了测定,从生长性状、体内养分和生理过程3个层面分析文冠果幼苗对盐碱胁迫的响应。结果表明,在生长性状层面,文冠果幼苗对碱胁迫最为敏感,并且胁迫程度越高长势越差;在体内养分层面,中度胁迫条件下文冠果苗抗盐碱能力最强,当胁迫程度再度增加抗性开始丧失,且对盐胁迫和盐碱混合胁迫更为敏感;在生理过程层面,当胁迫程度达到中度,文冠果苗的光合作用便开始受到严重的影响。 In order to grasp the salinity tolerance for Xanthoceras sorbifoliumin Chaoyang Area,to expand the scope of cultivation of Xanthoceras sorbifoliumin the region of saline-alkali threat,the height growth,soluble sugar and net photosynthetic rate under different levels of saline-alkali stress were determined;the response to the saline-alkali stress in the Chaoyang Area was analyzed from three levels of growth traits,nutrient contents and physiological processes.Result shows that the growth character level,Xanthoceras sorbifoliumseedlings are most sensitive to alkali stress,and the higher the degree of stress is the worse the growing is.Result shows that in nutrient levels in the body,salt resistance of Xanthoceras sorbifolium seedlings under moderate stress is the strongest,resistance start to lose when the stress degree increased,Xanthoceras sorbifolium seedings are more sensitive to salt stress and alkali stress;in physiological process level,when the stress level is moderate,the photosynthesis of Xanthoceras sorbifolium seedlings started badly.
