摘要
为了揭示针齿圈刚度对RV减速器固有特性的影响规律,建立了考虑针齿圈支承刚度、轴承刚度、轮齿啮合刚度和曲柄轴弯曲刚度等多种影响因素的平移-扭转耦合动力学模型。以某型号RV减速器为例,仿真分析了系统的固有频率及振型,归纳得到了两种典型振动模式,并讨论了针齿圈支承刚度和轴承刚度对减速器固有频率的影响。结果表明:随着针齿圈支承刚度的变化,RV减速器系统中存在模态跃迁和相交的现象。研究结果为该类RV减速器的参数优化设计提供了参考。
This paper aimed at reveal the influences of ring gear stiffness on RV reducer natural characteristics,a translational-rotational-coupling dynamics model was developed,where the ring gear support stiffness,bear stiffness,mesh stiffness and the bending stiffness of crank shaft were taken into account.A certain type of RV reducer was taken as an example,by using the numerical integration approach,natural frequencies and vibration modes were achieved,which were classified into two groups,the effects of ring gear support stiffness and bear stiffness on natural frequencies of the reducer were studied respectively.The results imply that the loci veering/crossing exist in the processes of natural frequency changes of RV reducer.The present research may provide reference for parameter optimization design of RV reducer.
