当前我国女性犯罪的基本特点及原因分析——基于某市监狱女性在押人员的调查

女性犯罪的快速增长是当前中国犯罪的一个突出问题。当代中国女性犯罪有柔弱性、年龄偏大、更容易对熟人作案、平均刑期比男性长等基本特点。导致女性犯罪增长的原因是复杂多样的,除生物性别对女性犯罪有一定影响外,真正影响女性犯罪的还是女性的社会性别。它既是现代化过程导致女性角色冲突的产物,也是不公平的社会性别结构对女性角色畸形塑造的结果。

The rapid growth of female crime is a prominent problem in the current Chinese crime.The female crime in contemporary China has the basic characteristics such as weak,older,easier to commit a crime to acquaintances,and average longer sentence than the male.The reasons that lead to the growth of women's crime are complex and diverse.In addition to the influence of biological sex on female crime,the real influence of women's crime is the social gender of women.It is not only the product of the conflict of women's roles in the process of modernization,but also the result of the unfair structure of social gender on the malformation of female characters.
