摘要
阐述了双包VOD冶炼300 t级超低碳水电不锈钢铸件的冶炼技术。通过制定合理有效的工艺措施,可精确地将C、V、Cr、Ni的化学成分控制在要求范围内,成功冶炼出超大型Cr13型水电不锈钢铸件。
This paper describes the double ladles VOD smelting technology of 300 t ultra low carbon water power stainless steel. Through establishing the process measures in a reasonable and effective way,to have the chemical composition of C,V,Cr and Ni accurately controlled in a required range,and successfully smelt a super large Cr13 type water power stainless steel castings.
