抛丸机叶片铸造工艺优化研究

摘要 采用Anycasting软件对抛丸机叶片的充型及凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测其缺陷产生的部位并分析缺陷产生的原因。在此基础上对生产抛丸机叶片的工艺进行了优化,有效地减少了缺陷在叶片重要部位产生的概率。 Numerical simulate the processes of mold filling and solidification on the blade of shot blasting machine by using Anycasting software to predict the location where the defects appear and analyze the causes. On this basis,optimize the technique of balde production thus effectively reducing the incidence of defects at certain key locations.
