摘要
为缩减加氢类产品的制造周期和节约生产成本,对直管堆焊后弯曲成90°弯头技术进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,直管内壁堆焊层及结合面能够满足加氢反应器的实际应用。
In order to reduce the fabricating cycle and cut the cost of the hydrogenation products,we broke through the traditional fabricating technology of 90° Elbows,and carried out a series of experiments and researches on fabricating 90° Elbows by bending the pipe. The result shows that the internal cladding surface and the combination between the layer and the pipe satisfied the practical application of the hydrogenation reactor.
