170小型曲轴RR锻造工艺研究

摘要 针对小型曲轴结构特点,设计了170曲轴RR锻造成型工艺,采用有限元模拟与工艺试验分析了170曲轴锻造成型过程及其成型情况。结果表明,170小型曲轴锻造成型工艺方案可行。 According to structure feature of the small crankshaft,the forging process of 170 crankshaft was designed. Forming process and forming situation of forging were analyzed by finite simulation and process test. The result shows that 170 crankshaft forging process scheme is feasible.
