摘要 根据压水堆核电站核岛一回路主管道的服役环境,结合影响主管道服役质量的因素和第三代核电主管道对材料工艺性能的要求,分析了超低碳控氮奥氏体不锈钢(316LN和X2Cr Ni Mo18.12)作为第三代压水堆核电站主管道用材的优缺点,为第三代压水堆核电站核岛一回路主管道的设计、制造、安装、在役检查和寿命评估提供参考。 According to the service environment of main piping for the main loop of nuclear island of generation ⅢPWR nuclear power plant,the main factor of influencing the service quality of main piping and the requirements for processing properties of materials,advantages and disadvantages of super low carbon stainless steel containing nitrogen( 316 LN and X2 Cr Ni Mo18. 12) are analyzed as the material of the main piping for the main loop of nuclear island of generation Ⅲ PWR nuclear power plant. These analysises provide the reference to design,manufacture,installation,working inspection and life assessment of the main piping for the main loop of nuclear island of generation Ⅲ PWR nuclear power plant.
