ACP1000稳压器封头锻件制造及性能研究

摘要 根据ACP1000稳压器封头的形状特点采用旋转模压法锻造成型,实现了国内首次制造。对封头锻件不同部位进行全面解剖性评定试验,结果表明:锻件化学成分分布均一且良好;力学性能满足设计要求且呈各向同性;金相及无损检测结果表明锻件内部质量优异,完全满足产品性能要求与RCCM M140评定要求。 Adopting the spin forming to forge the forming on the basis of the shape characteristics of ACP1000 pressurizer head and achieve the home manufacture for the first time. The comprehensive anatomical evaluation test for different parts of head forgings was carried out. It is concluded that the chemical composition of forgings is uniform and well distributed,the mechanical properties meet the design requirements and are isotropic. Meanwhile,the metallographic examination and the ultrasonic test show that the internal quality of the forgings is excellent,which completely meets the requirements of product performance and the evaluation in RCCM M140.
