摘要
针对ZG0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti不锈钢材质铸件晶间腐蚀弯曲试验产生裂纹的问题,取样进行了化学成分、显微组织、电镜微观分析,结果表明缺陷是由于存在微观夹杂及晶界贫Cr等原因造成的,针对缺陷原因,对生产工艺提出改进措施。
To solve the problem that the intergranular corrosion and the cracks appears after the bend tests for ZG0 Cr18 Ni12 Mo2 Ti stainless steel castings,the chemical analysis,the microstructure and the electron microscopic analysis were performed. The results showed that the defects are caused by the micro inclusions and the lacks of Cr at the grain boundary. We also provide the improving measures in view of the causes of the defects.
