A Study on Strengthening the Development and Utilization of Archival Information Resources

分析档案信息资源开发利用的意义,阐述目前档案信息资源开发利用存在的与思想观念、编研方式、服务对象、运行机制、人员素质等相关的五大问题;提出要转变思想观念,优化馆藏结构,创新工作机制,提高人员素质,开创档案信息资源开发利用新局面。

This paper analyzes the significance of developing and utilizing archival information resources as well as expounding five major problems in the aspects of ideas and concepts,ways of compiling and research,objects of service,the operating mechanism and the quality of the personnel. In addition,it presents such measures as changing the ideas and concepts,optimizing the collection structure,innovating the working mechanism and improving the quality of the personnel,to create a new situation of developing and utilizing the resources.
