酚妥拉明联合丹红注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Danhong injection and Phentolamine on patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者采取酚妥拉明联合丹红注射液的治疗效果。方法选取2013年~2016年期间接受诊治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者196例为本次研究对象,将单纯应用酚妥拉明治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者98例设为对照组,另采取酚妥拉明、丹红注射液联合方案治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者98例设为观察组。对比两组患者采取不同干预方案后临床疗效情况。结果经相关疗效标准评估后观察组有3例判定无效,对照组有15例患者判定无效,临床总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分别记录患者于接受治疗后各项临床症状(喘息、喘鸣音、湿啰音、咳嗽)等消失所需时间,观察组患者数据差异明显更具优势(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者制定治疗方案时应用酚妥拉明联合丹红注射液可取得相对突出的治疗效果,确保临床预后和患者生活质量。

Objective To understand chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute exacerbation patients take phentolamine, Danhong injection combinedtreatment of the therapeutic effect of the disease. Methods Selecting 196 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） from 2013 to 2016 yearsas the research object, the simple application of phentolamine in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute exacerbation stage were 98 casesas control group and take other Phentolamine, Danhong injection combination regimen in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute exacerbation stage were 98 cases as the observation group. Compare the clinical efficacy of patients with different intervention programs. Results The efficacyevaluation criteria in the observation group 3 cases were judged invalid, control group 15 cases were judged invalid, the total clinical efficiency comparing thedifference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）; were recorded in patients with after treatment the clinical symptoms（ wheezing, asthma beep, wet rales,cough） disappear time required in the observed group differences in data significantly more advantage（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease acute exacerbation of patients to develop treatment programs selected phentolamine, Danhong injection combined can ease the typical clinical symptomsof all in a short period of time, has a relatively prominent therapeutic effect, to ensure the clinical prognosis and quality of life.
