高职图书馆分编业务流程再造的实证研究——以成都航空职业技术学院为例

Empirical Study on Business Process Reengineering in Libraries Vocational College——A Case Study on Library of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic

随着图书馆事业的不断发展,传统的图书馆业务流程已完全不能适应高职院校图书馆的发展。通过对成都航空职业技术学院图书馆的分编业务流程的具体分析,可从根本上对分编业务流程进行重新设计,提出基于流程再造的复本分流法,以读者的需要为出发点,构建图书馆的分编业务流程。

With the development of library business, the traditional business process in libraries has been completely unable to adapt to the development of libraries of vocational colleges. Through the concrete analysis on the cataloging business process of the li- brary of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic,this paper makes a fimdamental redesign of cataloging business process, presents a copy di- version method based on process reengineering, and builds a cataloging business process in libraries based on the readersJ needs.
