摘要 为更准确地了解高职学生挫折教育现状,并分析其形成原因,通过文献研究法、访谈法和调查法初步确定了量表测定项。采用SPSS19.0软件对回收的494份问卷数据进行分析,结果表明自编问卷具有良好的信度和效度。高职学生面对的主要挫折来自学习与就业两个方面:在就业挫折方面,表现为显著性的性别差异;在个体能力挫折方面,表现为性别和年级的显著性差异。因此,在后续的挫折教育中,应加强高职学生挫折认识教育,开展就业心理辅导和挫折体验活动,建立丰富的挫折应对资源,使学生正确认识挫折,培养学生的自信心,塑造学生健康的人格。 In order to better understand the current situation of higher vocational students' frustration education, and analyze its for.mation reasons, the paper has determined the measure items by the methods of literature study, interview and investigation. Then,SPSS19.0 software is used to analyze 494 collected questionnaires. The results show that the self-made questionnaire has good reli.ability and validity. The main setbacks faced by higher vocational students come from two aspects of learning and employment.Moreover, in the aspect of employment frustration, the gender difference is significant, and in the individual ability frustration, thegender and grade difference are significant. Therefore, in the subsequent frustration education, we should strengthen the students'frustration awareness education, carry out the employment psychological counseling and frustration experience activities, set up therich frustration coping resources, to make the students understand the frustration correctly, cultivate their self-confidence and shapethe students' healthy personality.
