Besides, the government should construct beautiful villages to attract talents, strengthen rural education, devote to culture. At the same time, enlarge the cultural construction investment, focus on special construction and promote the moderate industrialization of rural culture. It's expected to achieve the protection, heritage, the development of rural culture purposes through the multiple measures and path.
