我国语料库建设和相关研究发展迅速,而语料库建设和研究使用中的版权问题却是十分复杂,文章讨论了国内外的语料版权保护措施,总结了保护语料库版权的几点方法,并对如何保护已建成语料库的版权提出建议,目的是提醒语料库建设者和研究者重视语料库的版权保护问题。

In resent years, the construction and related research of corpus in our country has been developed rapidly. However, complicated copyright problems concerning the construction and application of corpus have been existed. This paper discusses the measures of copyright protection. Then, it mentions some methods to protect corpus and puts forward some suggestion about avoiding copyright problems of corpus, which is arousing attention to the copyright protection of corpus.
