乡镇政府作为我国政府机构体系中最基层的部分,是推进和确保我国政治稳定、促进经济发展的重要组织载体。由于我国处于社会转型期,乡镇政府工作中不仅存在许多不足,而且也面临不少困难和挑战。良好的乡镇政府形象既有利于政策上通下达,又能利于提升民众对政府的整体认同度。因此,必须不遗余力地选择建构乡镇政府形象的途径,促进社会和谐发展。

As the most grass-roots part in the system of government agencies in our country, township government is an important organizational carrier for promoting and ensuring political stability and economic development in our country. Since China is in a period of social transformation, there are a lot of deficiencies, difficulties and challengesin the work of township governments. A good image of the township government is not onlyconducive to pass on the policy, but also can enhance the people's overall approval to the government. Therefore, we must make every effort to find ways to construct the image of township government and promote the harmonious development of our society.
