中小企业筹资结构与经营绩效的实证分析

The Empirical Analysis on Financing Structure and Business Performance of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

本文通过研究历史数据发现目前中小企业发展过程中主要面临筹资困境。笔者尝试立足中小企业的筹资结构与经营绩效两方面内容,探讨中小企业在运作中的两者关系。通过选取119家上市中小企业为研究对象,构建模型并进行实证分析,为改善我国中小企业的经营绩效提供了现实依据。

This paper finds that small and Medium-Sized Enterprises' development is currently facing major financing difficulties after the study of the historic data. The author determines to investigate the operational relationship between financing structure and business performance on the basis of the two aspects of the small and middle-sized enterprises. By selecting 119 listed SMEs as the research objects and constructing the model and carrying on the empirical analysis, it provides a realistic basis for improving small and middle-sized enterprises' business performance in China.
