摘要
人是企业最为重要的一项资源,企业的人力资源管理也是企业在运行过程中一项重要的管理行为。企业的人力资源管理模式受到多种不同因素的影响,要促进企业的人力资源管理更趋于科学性和有效性,需要深入分析人力资源管理内在构成要素,并且结合关键性的选择因素,联系企业的管理实际选择科学人力资源管理模式,才有助于企业的全面可持续发展。
People are the most important resource of an enterprise. The human resources of an enterprise are also an important management activity in the operation of an enterprise. The human resources management model of an enterprise is affected by many different factors. In order to promote the human resources management of enterprise more scientific and effective, it is necessary to analyze in-depth the internal components of human resources management and to combine the key selection factors with the actual management of enterprises to choose the mode of scientific human resources management. So that it will contribute to the overall sustainable development of enterprise.
